In Stock, Items will typically ship in 1 to 2 business days. Most items that are built to order will ship in 1-2 weeks allowing the time required to get your ITEM built and shipped. Custom ORDERS may have longer shipping times due to manufacturing considerations USUALLY 2-4 WEEKS but estimated delivery time will be given to you at the time of your custom order request.

Note about International Shipping:
CFP now ships Internationally. There are export regulations on firearms parts and some exotic hardwoods that need to be handled on a case by case bases, so please call or email us when ordering from outside the United States.

your purchase from CUSTOM FIREARM PRODUCTS for any reason or having problems with them, do not hesitate to contact us. As a general policy, CUSTOM FIREARM PRODUCTS will replace or refund any grip for any reason such as:
1. Manufacturing Issue 2. Order Wrong 3. Broken / Missing Parts
4. Packing Issue 5. Finish Issue
Custom Firearm Products will also replace products that are defective provided that the defect is not caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or improper installation. We WILL accept returns ON custom made to order ITEMS, HOWEVER, If returning or exchanging custom ITEMS, a 25 % restocking fee will be applied. AND CUSTOMER MUST PAY RETURN SHIPPING IN MOST CASES AS WELL. How do you know if you have A custom ITEM? When you select one of the choices under the "options" drop-down box on the website, it is a custom ITEM. It can also be custom if you have to call in your order. This can include but not limited to: ADD ON'S ON GRIPS FOR INSTANCE, SUCH AS, thumb RECESSES, AMBI SAFETY CUTS, custom ENGRAViNGS, gRAPHIC iNLAYS.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent to the proper channels for manufacturing as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
