INSTALL AND TIGHTEN BRASS SCREW
WHILE holding upright in mortise that is cut into the base and KEEPING TWO PRE-DRILLED HOLES IN UP-RIGHT AND BASELINED UP, TIGHTEN BRASS SCREW, PLEASE DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN SCREW, JUST SNUG IT UP, YOU MAY ADD A LITTLE WOOD GLUE UNDER THE UPRIGHT TO HELP KEEP IT TIGHT AND IN PLACE permanently.
